Does this machine work in the UK?

Yes - it arrives with a fitted 13A UK plug, so there’s nothing else to buy.

Can I use leftover Nespresso pods?

No - this is a K-Cup system. Nespresso, Vertuo and Dolce Gusto pods won’t fit.

Tried a Keurig machine recently at my family's home in Canada

Tried a Keurig machine recently at my family's home in Canada. Loved it. Was disappointed initially as I couldn't find one here. However, having found and bought our KPod machine. We absolutely love it. Variable size of cups from the same pods is so convenient. The coffee machine is lovely and so simple to use. The variety of pods we have found to be ideal and suit our taste.

Disappointing cup size and temperature

After enjoying my family’s Keurig machine during visits to the USA over the last two years, I was delighted to find a KPod-compatible machine available in the UK. I spent a long time debating whether to buy one and finally took the plunge.

Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with it. Even with the third and largest cup setting selected, it only fills a regular mug halfway. The water is also only warm rather than properly hot on this setting.

I had hoped for a similar experience to the Keurig I love using, but so far this machine hasn’t met my expectations.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that the machine hasn’t quite lived up to your expectations so far.
I wanted to get in touch as there is an adjustment that can be made to the drink volumes which should help with the cup size you’re experiencing.
The machine is supplied with the three drink buttons programmed at 6oz, 8oz and 10oz, but these can be changed so that the larger settings dispense 8oz, 10oz and 12oz instead.
I’ve attached the instruction below
1. Unplug the machine.
2. Press and hold the small cup button while plugging the machine back in.
3. Once the middle cup button is illuminated, release the small cup button.
4. Press the large cup button. This changes the three drink sizes to 8oz, 10oz and 12oz.
5. Press the on/off button to save the setting.
6. Turn the machine back on and the new drink volumes will be stored.
Regarding the temperature, the coffee should certainly be served hot rather than simply warm. There isn’t a normal temperature adjustment detailed in the user settings, so we would like to make sure the machine is operating correctly.
It would be worth trying the larger 12oz setting first and letting us know how you get on with both the drink size and temperature. If the temperature still doesn’t seem right, please come back to me and we can look into this further for you.
We want you to be happy with the machine and hopefully, once we have the settings right, it will give you a much closer experience to the Keurig machine you’ve enjoyed using in the USA.

New Keurig Coffee machine - is great

For about 8 years the previous model did a great job and when it malfunctioned slightly, we decided to up grade to this one. It is a great improvement visually and graces our new quartz worktops in fine style. The function is also more streamlined and quicker to get at my great cup of Seattle Blend dark roast coffee. All in all a great improvement. Long may Keurig coffee last - every bit as tasty as bean to cup coffee and much more efficient to dispense
