My order for 4 boxes of the New York blend had to be returned

My order for 4 boxes of the New York blend had to be returned.
I brewed 5 of the pods and each of them dispensed a large amount of spent grounds into the cup. This made the coffee undrinkable.
Following an email conversation with John Blue these were exchanged for Sumatra Reserve pods, which to date, are brewing as they should, leaving the spent grounds in the pod.
Full marks to John for his intervention and upholding excellent customer service.
