We have left over Nespresso coffee pods. Can they be used in the machine?
Nespresso pods are not compatible with the K-Pod Keurig Compatible Coffee machine. They sadly are the wrong size for this machine. Only Keurig / Keurig compatible pods will fit in this machine.

Does this machine work with actual genuine kcups from the US?
This machine works with Genuine K-Cups from the US.

Just received my machine and it’s been blinking for the past 30 minutes. Been waiting for the blinking to stop so I select my cup size. Is there a problem?
If the machine is blinking quickly, it means that the machine hasn't registered the water in the tank. Just click one of the cup buttons to start pulling water through the machine. If the problem persists, please let us know.

This machine can make up to 100 cups per day.

Is it compatible with dolce gusto/nespresso/nespresso vertuo pods?
This machine is only compatible with Keurig K-Cup pods.
