It works well, the water tank should be bigger, and the dispenser fills a standard mug close to the top, which doesn't allow for a lot of milk.
Otherwise good coffee maker

Love my new coffee machine. Have wanted a Keurig since using my sisters while in the USA but they are not really comparable here. Did a bit of research and found this one. Easy to use, lovely coffee, so happy with it! Would definitely recommend.

The coffee is lovely. Very difficult to find a hot chocolae option to purchase as an extra unless |I buy one from America. . I would prefer the coffee to be hotter, but I understand that you can actually burn coffee. The instructions do not state to do about switching the machine on. I get lots of flashing cup options which do nothing until the machine is repeatedly switched off and on again. It was however, great value for money and came with a water filter and 96 coffee pods. So, no real complaints. It's easy to rinse out, I would probably buy one again.
